Contract management – a part of the procurement documents

When conducting public tenders, a zero-flaw culture in conducting perfect tenders to avoid appeals. Unfortunately, in that process many basic procurement requirements are “forgotten”, which then appears after the contract.

This course focuses the contract management phase, the “post-award”, and it will come up with a number of recommendations to implement in the procurement process to avoid costly mistakes appearing in the contracting phase.
