When things go very wrong in public procurement nobody is responsible, or maybe if any, the person solely conducting the tender.

This workshop discusses the major considerations to be taken even before planning and conducting the public tender. It focuses the need for organizational responsibilities and management decisions to be taken if professional procurement is to be conducted, measured and documented.
