All over Europe more and more cases appear on lack of payment of national taxation from cross-border companies. Hard work is done already to close these gaps, but is it already now possible to add requirements in procurement documents to ensure documentation, that national taxes are paid?

The workshop will discuss the potentials on setting up requirements in procurement documents to be able to asses, if the suppliers will pay fair national taxes.
